The Case for Low Dose Modafinil

Most folks take between 50-100MG of Modafinil. And that’s awesome. Some take more. And that’s awesome too. But many other folks will not require that much, and, in the interest of using nootropics just to give you a bit of a nudge, lower doses are really pretty great.

I’m a prime example of someone who benefits from low dose Modafinil. My baseline is pretty great. I’ve been taking Cortex for a while, and there’s no question that I feel like it improved my baseline significantly.

So when I sit down with a bit of Modafinil and decide what dose I’m going to measure out, I don’t go much higher than 35MG. In some cases, I’ve been able to get by nicely with a mere 20MG. I mean… this sounds crazy to people I talk to that take it regularly, but I suspect they have pretty terrible baselines, and that’s the main point in the video below.

In the video we discuss:

  1. The dose range for low dose Modafinil
  2. How optimizing your baseline FIRST is critical to making low dose Modafinil work for you
  3. How long low dose Modafinil lasts (for me)
  4. In what situations you’ll require medium to higher doses of Modafinil (like in the case of sleep deficit related cognitive dysfunction
