The infamous caffeine/theanine stack. This is a stack I’ve been meaning to put together for quite some time. I guess it just escaped me!
I’ve taken L-theanine, the amino acid found in green tea before, and perhaps simultaneously while drinking a cup of coffee, but never consciously put the stack together.
