How Often to dose Phenylpiracetam

Oh the lovely Phenylpiracetam. What a wonderful compound. Often dubbed the “Modafinil of Racetams,” Phenylpiracetam is quite the strong nootropic.

I’ve taken Phenylpiracetam on and off for about 13 years, and quite frankly, I love the stuff. I’m happy it exists, it always turns my brain function on, and puts me in a place where productivity is a lot easier.

But once you start feeling the positive effects from Phenylpiracetam, the natural question is: how often can I take this? And people usually ask: can I take phenylpiracetam every day?

The short answer to the latter question is NO. You should not dose it everyday. That’s simple nootropics methodology logic. But you CAN, however, get away with taking it 3-4 times a week, I have found.

I work with clients. Business men all around the world on nootropics consulting/coaching. I put programs together for them, where we formulate tailored, heavy hitting nootropic stacks, targeted to their brain.

And What I’ve discovered is that as long as the strategy is right, some of them can take Phenylpiracetam 3-4 times a week.

How to take Phenylpiracetam frequently

To do this correctly, the stacks have to be situated in particular ways. And there are a couple pillars to understand before approaching taking phenylpiracetam 3-4 times a week. They are:

  1. Don’t dose the highest tolerable dose – which for most people is 250MG. Do not dose it high, if you want to be taking it multiple times a week. You should be dosing Phenylpiracetam between 50-150MG. No more, and no less. This works quite well when layering in intelligent other nootropic compounds WITH your phenylpiracetam (see #3)
  2. Ensure that in the background, you’re working on dopamine receptor maintenance. Phenylpiracetam, through it’s dopamine reuptake inhibition properties, will ultimately force more dopamine in the synaptic space, to bind to receptor sites. That eventually could lead to desensitization of likely, the D2 receptor. The way around this is to maintenance dose Acetyl-L-Carnitine, 4-5X a week, at 400-600MG.
  3. Intelligent synergistic stacking. You need to be stacking other compounds with it, that hit heavily in somewhat of the same way, so that you can dose it on the mid to lower scale, most of the time. As an example: taking it with Teacrine, say, 100MG, will allow you to get away with 50-100MG of Phenylpiracetam (and your choline source, if you need one). Stacking Phenylpiracetam with other stimulants, like theobromine, or Dynamine, will also allow you to get away with a mid to lower dose of Phenylpiracetam. In these cases, you’re not solely relying on Phenylpiracetam to achieve high level brain function; you’re balancing out the weight of the stimulation with other high energy compounds. This is the kind of stuff you learn in our Nootropics courses.

Alternatively, stacking Phenylpiracetam with the Cortex Nootropic stack is another great way to achieve this. Take 1 capsule of Cortex, and 100MG of Phenylpiracetam (again, with your potential choline source, if you need one). Just the same, you’re not relying solely on Phenylpiracetam as being the sole heavy hitter of your stack. You have Cortex lending some of that brain energy, allowing you again, to more sustainably dose Phenylpiracetam and mid to lower doses.

Phenylpiracetam Stack Examples

So let’s break down some examples to cement this in:

Stack 1: 50MG Phenylpiracetam/100MG Teacrine/50MG CDP Choline

Stack 2: 100MG Phenylpiracetam/50MG Theobromine/50MG CDP Choline/50MG Dynamine

Stack 3: 75MG Phenylpiracetam/75MG Modafinil/55MG CDP Choline/100MG L-Theanine

In those stack examples, we’re supplementing that extra dose of Phenylpiracetam that users typically engage in (and thus, end up desensitizing the response), with other, energy inducing chemicals.

Now if we really wanted to get advanced with this particular layout, we’d situate these stacks with a 1 day break in between. A regimen like that would look like this:

Stack 1, MONDAY: 50MG Phenylpiracetam/100MG Teacrine/50MG CDP Choline

Stack 2, WEDNESDAY: 100MG Phenylpiracetam/50MG Theobromine/50MG CDP Choline/50MG Dynamine

Stack 3, SATURDAY: 75MG Phenylpiracetam/75MG Modafinil/55MG CDP Choline/100MG L-Theanine

By doing the above regimen with Phenylpiracetam, you’re not only staving off tolerance by dosing it lower, but also by taking a good bit of time in between dosing it, to keep the effects hitting hard.

Summary on Frequency of Phenylpiracetam use

Get the basic gist? Yes – you can dose Phenylpiracetam somewhat frequently, so long as you’re spreading the doses out, not dosing it super high consistently, and bringing in other stimulating nootropics to bump the effects, and not rely solely on Phenylpiracetam for brain energy.

I had to learn how to do this with Phenylpiracetam and many other nootropics the HARD WAY. In my first few years of taking nootropics, I did not employ even a smidgeon of strategy and methodology in using and stacking them.

So, as you may imagine, I ran into tolerance, side effects, and an ultimate loss of potency. That was really the bedrock upon which the Nootropics usage methodology we discuss in online courses, and we employ in Nootropics coaching, came to be.

Now go dose some Phenylpiracetam! But do so carefully, armed with a more intelligent strategy on how to dose it, without losing potency.
